Welcome to the King Harold - said to date back to the year 1032.

Perhaps the monarch himself used to drop in for a jug of his favorite ale?

We do hope the ale served here didn't dull his reflexes to that famous arrow!

Waltham Abbey is reputed to be his final resting place after a short but

Memorable reign as king.  He was respected by his subjects and soldiers

And remembered fondly for his many victories in battle and his renowned courage.
